Order Fulfillment Time
Our average order fulfillment time ranges from 7 to 12 business days from the receipt of your order. Items that ship more quickly or items that require additional time have that detailed information within their item description.
You will receive a shipping notice with tracking information (if applicable) via email when your order has been shipped. |
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept merchandise back within 30 days of your delivery. We request that you return the item in the original packaging and insure for replacement value. Upon our receipt of the merchandise we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price only; original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return to us unless there was an error on our part in processing your order. (For example: wrong item, wrong color, etc.) |
Backorders
